How it works

Set the function, the bottle material, and the volume, and the machine does the rest. It calculates the correct warming time automatically, holds the temperature precisely, and lets you know when it is done. The touch screen display shows everything you need at a glance, including in low light.

The 48 hour keep warm

This is the function that changes the nights. Set it before bed and the machine holds the water at exactly 45°C throughout. When your baby wakes, the bottle is already at the right temperature. No cycle to start. No standing in the kitchen waiting. Lift the bottle, feed the baby, go back to sleep.

Sterilising

One cycle. Steam sterilisation reaches the temperature required to eliminate 99.9% of harmful bacteria using no chemicals. Once the cycle is done and the lid stays closed, bottles remain sterile for up to 24 hours.

Does it actually sterilise properly?

Yes. And we would rather tell you exactly how than just claim it does.

The most common concern about combined units is whether the sterilisation function is as effective as a dedicated machine. For steam sterilisation, effectiveness comes down to temperature and duration, not the size or cost of the unit. This machine reaches the same sterilising temperature as any dedicated electric steam steriliser, for the same cycle duration.

Steam sterilisation eliminates 99.9% of harmful bacteria with no chemicals and no residue. Once the cycle is complete and the lid stays closed, bottles remain sterile for up to 24 hours.

It sterilises bottles, teats, soothers and breast pump parts. The two-slot chamber holds two bottles at once, or one slot can be used for teats and smaller accessories.

The temperature is maintained precisely within 1°C. This matters for breast milk in particular. Overheating above 40°C begins to break down the immunological properties of expressed milk. Will it work with my bottles?

Yes. It is compatible with most major bottle brands including Tommee Tippee, Philips AVENT, MAM, Dr Brown's, Medela and NUK, across glass, plastic and silicone. If you are unsure about a specific bottle, drop us a message before ordering and we will confirm.

How does the 48-hour constant warm function work?

You fill the warming chamber with water, place the bottle inside, and set the machine to constant temperature mode. It heats and holds the water at 45°C for up to 48 hours. When your baby wakes, the bottle is already at the right temperature. No warming cycle, no waiting.

Is it safe to leave on overnight?

Yes. The constant temperature mode maintains the set temperature rather than continuing to heat, so there is no overheating risk. It includes an auto-shutoff safety function if the water level drops too low.

Can I sterilise breast pump parts in it?

Yes, provided the parts fit within the sterilising chamber. Small parts such as valves, membranes and breast shields from most major pump brands will fit. If you have larger components, drop us a message and we will confirm before you order.

Will it overheat my breast milk?

No, when used as directed. When you select the breast milk warming mode and input the bottle material and volume, the machine calculates the correct warming duration to deliver milk at body temperature without exceeding it.

How do I clean and descale it?

The chamber lifts out for cleaning and rinsing. For descaling, recommended monthly in hard water areas, add white vinegar or a standard descaling solution, run a cycle, then rinse thoroughly. The heating element is visible and accessible so you do not need to disassemble the unit to descale it.

How long does each function take?

Warming time is calculated automatically based on bottle material, volume and starting temperature. As a guide, a 150ml plastic bottle from fridge temperature typically warms in 4 to 6 minutes. A sterilisation cycle takes approximately 8 to 12 minutes. The constant warm mode has no cycle, the bottle is ready whenever you need it.

My machine has developed a fault. What do I do?

Contact us via the Contact Us page and we will aim to respond within 24 hours. If it is within 30 days of purchase we will replace or refund it. If it is within the 12-month warranty period and the fault is a manufacturing defect, we replace it. No lengthy assessment process, we just want it sorted quickly.

Can I use it to warm food pouches and jars?

Yes. The warming function works with food pouches and small glass or plastic food jars that fit within the warming chamber. This becomes useful when you begin weaning at around six months.

As a product that comes into contact with milk and food, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened or used unless they are faulty.
