Because sometimes you just need someone else to be able to do the feed.
Wide neck, easy to clean, and designed to work alongside breastfeeding. Not instead of it.
Getting the feed to happen shouldn't be this hard
Introducing a bottle is one of those things nobody really warns you about. You assume it will just work, and then it doesn't, and suddenly you're reading Mumsnet threads at midnight trying to work out what you're doing wrong. The Nest & Willow Baby Bottles with Removable Handles are designed to make one part of this easier. Wide neck, straightforward to assemble, and reliable enough that whoever is doing the feed (you, your partner, your mum) can just get on with it.
How it works
The bottles come with removable handles that clip around the body of the bottle. For newborns, leave them off and hold the bottle yourself. As your baby grows and starts reaching for things, clip them on and she can start gripping the bottle independently. No new bottle to buy, no transition to manage.
The wide neck makes filling and cleaning straightforward. It fits most standard UK electric steam sterilisers and is easy to get a brush into without any specialist equipment. The soft silicone teat is designed to work for both breast and bottle fed babies, with a dome shape that requires your baby to actively latch rather than passively receive.
In the real world
At 3am when you just need the feed to happen, you do not want to be puzzling over which part goes where. The Nest & Willow bottles have four components: the bottle, the collar, the teat, and the handle. That is it. Assemble in seconds, sterilise in your usual steriliser, and hand to whoever is doing the feed without a briefing.
The wide neck means you can see inside to check it is clean. The measurement markings on the side are clear enough to read in low light. And because the handles are removable, they are easy to clean separately without any awkward angles or specialist brushes.
Food-safe materials
Every part of these bottles that comes into contact with milk is made from food-grade PP plastic and soft food-grade silicone. Free from BPA and safe for use from birth. The materials are selected with one priority: that whatever goes into the bottle stays uncontaminated between the making of the feed and your baby drinking it.
The bottles are heat resistant and can be sterilised repeatedly without the material degrading. No discolouration, no warping, no residual smell.

DESIGNED AROUND YOUR LIFE, NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND
One bottle that does everything you actually need.
Most bottles are designed for one stage and one scenario. These are not. The removable handles mean they work from the first newborn feed right through to the point where your baby is confidently gripping the bottle herself at four or five months. Leave the handles off when she is too small to hold it. Clip them on when she starts reaching. No new bottle to buy, no transition to manage, no wasted drawer full of things she has grown out of.
The wide neck makes every part of the process simpler. Filling without a funnel. Cleaning without a specialist brush. Checking inside to make sure it is properly clean. Fitting into your existing steriliser without checking compatibility charts.
And because they are designed to work alongside breastfeeding rather than replace it, switching between breast and bottle is less likely to cause confusion. The dome-shaped silicone teat requires an active latch, which is closer to how breastfeeding works than a passive narrow teat.
Four components total. Bottle, collar, teat, handle. Assembled in seconds, sterilised in your usual steriliser, and straightforward enough that whoever is doing the feed does not need a demonstration first.

Will my baby actually take this bottle?
Every baby is different and we would rather be honest with you than overpromise. Most babies take to a wide neck bottle relatively quickly, particularly when introduced at the right time. Some need a few attempts. If you are struggling, give it two weeks and try different people offering the feed, different times of day, and different positions. Persistence usually wins.
Does it work for breastfed babies?
Yes. The wide neck and dome-shaped silicone teat require your baby to actively latch rather than passively receive, which is closer to how breastfeeding works. These bottles are designed to work alongside breastfeeding, not replace it.
How many parts does it have to clean?
Four. The bottle, the collar, the teat, and the handle. That is it. No valves, no tubes, no specialist brushes required.
Will it fit my steriliser?
The wide neck design fits most standard UK electric steam sterilisers. If you are unsure, the bottle body is 7cm in diameter at its widest point.
What age are these suitable from?
From birth. The soft silicone teat and wide neck design make these suitable for newborns, and the removable handles mean they remain useful as your baby grows and starts reaching for the bottle independently at around four to five months.
When should I introduce a bottle to a breastfed baby?
Most feeding specialists recommend introducing a bottle between four and six weeks, once breastfeeding is established but before habits become harder to change. Earlier than four weeks can interfere with establishing your supply. Later than eight to ten weeks and some babies become less willing to accept a teat. If you are in that window now, it is worth starting sooner rather than later.
How do I clean the bottles?
Rinse immediately after each feed to prevent milk drying inside. Wash all four components in warm soapy water using a standard bottle brush. The wide neck means you can see inside clearly and get a brush in without any awkward angles. Sterilise using your usual electric steam steriliser or by boiling in water for five minutes.
Can I use these with formula as well as expressed milk?
Yes. These bottles work equally well with formula and expressed breast milk. There is no difference in how the bottle performs with either.
What do I do if my bottles arrive damaged?
Contact us via the Contact Us page within 30 days of delivery and we will replace them or refund you in full, no questions asked. Include a photo of the damage and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
Are these dishwasher safe?
The bottles and handles can be washed on the top rack of a dishwasher. We recommend hand washing the silicone teats to extend their lifespan, as repeated dishwasher cycles can cause silicone to degrade more quickly over time.
Returns & Hygiene Policy
We accept returns on unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery in line with UK consumer law. As a hygiene product, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened or used. This includes any product that comes into contact with milk or a baby's mouth. This policy is in place to protect every customer who buys from us.
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please get in touch via the Contact Us page and we will make it right as quickly as possible. This is separate from and in addition to your 12 month warranty coverage.
